We have paused in-person worship for the month of January 2022.

We hope to return to in-person worship on February 6th, 2022.

Please note the safety protocols noted below.

10924 Old Stage Rd; Sister Bay, WI 54234
Church: 920-854-4080

We are also livestreaming our worship at 10am our YouTube Channel.  Past services are catalogued there for your viewing and worship needs.

In accordance with the Wisconsin Council of Churches, the CDC, and recommendations from the Moravian Church, Northern Province:

We will:

  • Not come to worship or enter the church building if we don’t feel well.  This includes exhibiting any of the COVID-19 symptoms.  If you don’t feel well, stay at home.

  • Wear masks properly at all times in the building.  Masks are required for both vaccinated and unvaccinated alike.  Masks should be worn securely covering the nose, mouth, and chin.

  • Distance ourselves physically.  Masks along with physical distancing are our two strongest preventative measures.  We will space ourselves appropriately in the pews and an usher will show you to your seat for the day.

  • Refrain from singing.  We will utilize a cantor to sing our songs for us.  This allows us to hear our songs of faith, even if we cannot safely sing them together.

  • Provide a level of contact tracing.  Throughout the summer, we took attendance to protect the community.  We will continue to do so.

  • Be kind, patient, and generous.  Like you, we have never emerged from a global pandemic.  We didn’t know what we were doing when we started this.  We don’t know what we’re doing now.  We can only do our best and invite you to encourage us as we labor together.

Along with in-person, indoor worship, we will offer our worship livestreamed on our YouTube channel.  If you miss the live service at 10 a.m., the service will be recorded and archived on YouTube.  In addition to this, we will provide an FM broadcast signal.  The signal should be available on the parking lot of the church.  We have been using FM 87.7 and I am hopeful to continue to use that frequency when our new equipment arrives.

What You Can Expect

  • Worship will look and feel much like it has outside.  Services will average around 35-40 minutes.

  • We will utilize ushers to seat people in designated spots—you probably won’t get to sit in your favorite pew, but you will get to sit in your NEW favorite pew…and it probably won’t be in the back row.

  • Paper bulletins will be available, but we invite you to take them home with you to recycle or start a new decoupage wall featuring all my typos.

  • The back walls will be pulled out to allow for greater air flow and more seating for people who wish to distance themselves more than our pews allow.  The windows may or may not be open, depending on the weather.

  • We will not have organized or disorganized fellowship time.  If you want to chat with friends (and we encourage you to chat with friends), please do so outside.
